There isn't a "delay" some files just take longer than others for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they extend your medical and sometimes they ask you to redo it. You don't know what they are going to do. You just have to wait and see.

What did you send them to prove your relationship? Tell us a little bit about your relationship and what you included in your application and I'm sure people here will be able to help. Don't worry. :)

I don't even know if it is possible but I would at least look into trying to cancel the delivery of your application and paying for whatever company you sent it with, to deliver back to your home.

What visa office are you applying through? Most people just call their MP, but most of the time they can't do anything within normal processing times anyways. Wait and see what your notes say.

You can also go to another country to get married, it doesn't have to be Libya. You could travel to Tunisia or Egypt for example.
