They'll give you medical furtherance request if there's any problem with your medical results via email if you applied online or via VFS if paper-based. Dont worry too much. ;)

Your uncle's bank certificate, bank statements & his affidavit of support will be acceptable as proof of funds. Also make a strong SOP. Good luck.

I agree with J5M. What you got in your passport is the TRV. You can get your SP in the POE.
