Affidavit of sponsorship letter and letter of sponsorship format

Hello CVers,

Please I am applying for Student Visa and I have been asked specifically by my sponsors for a format in writing the Affidavit of sponsorship and the letter of sponsorship.
Please anyone whom has a format should please share with me. I have laboured in other threads here for this specific format but I haven't been able to get my thumbs on one.
Please abridge my tortuous search. Also, if an SOP format (that includes every document to be attached in my application ) is available it I'll be an icing (no pun intended) on my Canadian visa pursuit.

Hi cocosmite. There is no specific format for the letter of sponsorship. You can Google samples of it. Or better yet, ask a lawyer to draft it for your sponsor and have it notarized just like what i did. As for the list of documents you need to submit, go to CIC website, almost everything you need to know is there.

My brothers just got passport request with following msg in pdf letter

This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We
require your passport to finalize processing your application.

Passport requirements
• Please provide your passport or travel document, with a copy of this letter.
• There must be at least one blank page in your passport.
• Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada.
• Please note that we cannot issue a visa beyond the expiry date on the passport.
Your passport must be received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please ensure that a copy of this letter is included with your passport.

is that means his visa got approved ?
