But I have heard that all the applications go yo Sydney CIO first then move to CPC. Mine is also at Sydney as of now...AOR Feb 10 and only medical passed...no biometric letter yet.

I am FSW0 from India. AOR FEBRUARY 10. medical passed on 28th March and " we are processing your background " since MEP. That means I am also in IP2? Just because I have points for LMIA arranged job offer? Please let me know if you have any idea.

In my case "we are processing your background check " since medical passed along with "we are reviewing your eligibility ". AOR FEBRUARY 10 and medical passed 28th March but no BIL yet. Should I assume that I have passed R10?

I have heard that the 1st stage is your "background check is in progress" and the second stage is " we are processing your background check ".

Then what do do in such case as even I am waiting for the BIL...somebody please suggest

I asked her the reason of delay also and she said that the total processing time is 6 months so u will get BIL when we require. I am little worried as everyone is getting BIL along with MEP

You mean that completeness check is done till MEP? I got MEP on 28th March but no BIL yet. Country of residence India.
