Your visa will be valid till the passport expiration date. If you cannot land before then, your best bet would be to advice CIC, get a new passport and then send the passport to them.

I have been waiting for 9 weeks since DM. On my newest GCMS notes, it shows that my COPR has been printed and they are waiting to print my Visa counterfoil soon. Just be patient.

Messaged my local MP today to contact CIC and hopefully get an answer why my file has been stuck as DM for 2 months now.

I have been waiting for about 16 months now. My GCMS says approved but I dont have a PPR yet. I dont think you are right about 12 month rejection...

GCMS says approved. I have been emailing them once every 2 weeks and no traction yet. One interesting thing on my GCMS though is that there is an outgoing notification without any email address that says confirmed validity that was assigned to someone with the due date of when my status...

My status changed to DM on the 3rd of September. I am still waiting for my PPR. There is only 1 other case on this forum of a wait this long. I think it just depends..

My status has been changed to DM since early September and I still don't have request. My GCMS says I have passed all criteria and my application is waiting at the printers, from what I can tell. Sending message to CIC once every 2 weeks and I dont get any reply back either...
