Landed 16 April 2016 in British Columbia, waiting for PR Card.got Visa in Feb 2016. Does the place of entry mater in processing times...or these centrally managed? Also, my current address is updated on ECAS but mailing address is the same from home country...and there is no line of landing...

I was responded by LVO to re-submit my passports/visas and COPR to Islamabad for correction of errors (wrong marital status). Submitted 12 days back. still waiting for return. Anyone else here who has experienced or known of such cases before.

Thanks. submitted on 26 Jan from karachi...it took 17 days to stamp. Also, my visa / COPR expiry is 1 year ending Jan 2017 i.e. more than 1 year of medical since I completed my medicals in October 2015.

Alhamdulilah by the grace of Almighty got VISA and COPR on Friday 12 Feb 2016 (Total 18 months). Thanks to all the members on this forum for supporting and helping each other. I wish and pray that you all have a smooth and speedy process, landing and a great life in Canada. God bless you all...

Guys who have done landing procedure at Toronto. Do you think 2:20 mins layover from toronto to vancouver will be sufficient for landing formalities and boarding to the Vancouver flight ? Other options of landing directly to Vancouver are costing us more than 500 USD. :o

Thanks alot. I found karachi-istanbul-toronto-vancouver by turkish alone and Turkish + Air Canada for around USD 930 per head. Layover at Toronto is 2:20 hours. Not sure if that will sufficient time for immigration / landing procedures and then rechecking in with luggage to Vancouver. Also...

Thanks Rahul. Well, I think to US visa is also required for layovers....as my family member had some trouble...but not sure. However, you are right that landing formalities will be in Toronto. But even if my flights / baggage are booked through Vancouver...I would need my baggage at the time...
