all i can help you with is that you need to email CIC to change your passport office to the local PO. and then they reply with a fresh PPR instructing you to submit your passport to the local PO etc.

I dont think there is any verification when you enter the pool, before making the profile you are supposed to fill an eligibility questionnaire and the code generated therein proves that you are eligible and after you enter that code while creating your profile, it enters the pool....nothing...

Not at all, all you need to do is go through the Cic website thoroughly and follow instructions on there.... Its easy!!
