Well earlier applicants reported in progress - application received - in process - decision made.... But August ppl has in process from the start so I'm thinking some policy change

We can't order GCMS from here, we can ask frnds or relatives in Canada to do it for us.... And Rahul is ur Ecas showing in progress or in process?

I read on the cic website that after eligibility etc being done at Cic Canada they forward the app to VO indicated by the applicant so essentially that must be the local VO for further checking and admissibility check.... So local Vos according to me can not be bypassed but yes their role may...

U mean after your Ecas shows decision made and have not recvd a ppr? Because ppr means PR granted as they ask for ur passport to stamp it
