NO non no no no ,,,,its never a problem.He gonna stay in airport for a few hours. AS long as you are in airport,waiting for change of airline, and not going out of the airport then you don't need a transit visa.Im 100% sure about this.

oh no..... yaar ye to kaam kharab ho gaya. I got it from there when i was in uk and I drove the car for one year on that licence. Once I made a mistake in driving and police stopped me they checked the licence AND said you are clear but next time be careful in driving.
