You require Letter of Introduction, LOA, Passport with visa, and proof of funds in order to be issued SP.

As per my knowledge , you need ...

> Passport
> There is a landing paper that came with visa
> your admission letter to University
> Not required but good to have print out of the courses registered
> Immigration officer might ask you where would u stay or address info ( so let him know where ur staying or tell him u will end up in temporary crash space by Uni now and dont have address )

Important things to know :

1- Do not hide anything from immigration officer be truthful
2- Most of you would be bringing 10,000 $ cash or more ..... so declare it on the port of entry paper ...( They will count it and return it back to you )
3- Smokes are cheep in Pakistan so if u smoke and bring smokes declare them ( if ur caught lying you would be black listed and when ever u cross border or fly u would go through very strict screening) Do not bring more than 200 Cig
4- Do not bring any food ........ its not allowed
5- Do not bring any medcine without pricription
6- If flying on PIA be careful ... and if u sleep ... keep money at safe place
7- Search what courses ur taking over here ...... and search their book .... u can do that online on University Website .... buy those books from Pakistan each book costs about 100$ over here ..........

thats wot comes in my mind that can help u guys ...........

Chill

If you talk about cheap ....... then u have to change once u get visa ............ apply for visa for BBA from a University ........... then before ur arrival apply for admission to a college as well for BBA ........
Colleges are almost half in fees compared to Universities ............... BBA usually get jobs easily in Canada ... any where ....

If he is really good at Studies ...... and can work hard ...... and can afford 100,000 CAD .... i would say go for Mechanical Engineering ....

If he can afford really less money ......... and just want to get a job and immigration ...... he should apply for BBA or anything in University ..... get visa .......... change it to One year diploma programs in college ........... it would cost him about 12000 to 15000 CAD and he would get one year open work permit with in which he can apply for immigration

It depends on his aptitude, B.Com & BBA & Computer Science is needed every where but a bit expensive on the other hand Sciences are a bit cheap but they are worthless unless u achieve a higher research degree....
