May be this week or next week you will get reply. Please do share with once you got passport dispatch message and visa as well. In my opinion you have to link your file so that better to get exact idea and decision before passport dispatch

There is no way to know about decision at this condition except linking the application or wait for the day when passport is in your hands to see the decision.

It means they give the final decision and semd your passport to vfs. Once VFs will recieve that passport they will further send you the passport by courier. You will get the passport within 1-2 days. If you want to know you application decision now then go and link your paper application online...

Which VFS???

I predicted from those who got visas, this prediction is only for chandigarh CHC no others. They are taking 8-9 weeks for processing. Today three person got visa one who applied on 16 may and other two who applied on 18 May. After that there is luck many of the applicants is waiting from two months
