It will likely be a call then email if you and your spouse provided one. And the call/email will go to the applicant. Not the sponsor whether it's an interview date or PPR request. Good luck!! (I'd still be checking the mail as well just in case)

Our one year mark was last Friday and I still haven't heard a word...Also my sponsorship side changed to decision made yesterday too, with the pr side still saying in process... I'm so sick of these people now, for real Processing time went down to 16 months, what's the hold up!!!???? Sorry...

When did you apply again? If your close to getting PPR or interview (like a month or 2 close) id get it redone and the police station will send a copy to them and you can pickup yours when it's ready and bring it to interview or have with you when it's requested. They usually send a copy or...
