Might be a weird question.... But after you get PPR and then passport back with visa in it, how do you book a flight? Because typically don't you have to have a return flight? So this must be some kind of a different booking, right? Any insight would be great, just caught up in my thoughts...

I agree. I ordered my notes February, got them and it had some information. Just ordered again April 28, got them today, and the only updates was the phone number and email I asked them to update as well as an email I sent them with extra pictures and information. That's all that was added...

Yay! Looks like processing times for Outland applications are 16 months now! Congratulations to everybody who've gotten PPR or have landed in Canada! Can't wait for our time!
