My sister did the same. She prepared CENOMAR since last year but, we finally thought that she needs to submit fresh one because on the CENOMAR itself, there is a date mentioned by NSO as of "this date". So you really need to submit new one once the visa office requested for it

Hi itguy29, I believe that is case to case basis and depending on the officer handling your application. I read on this forum that even married individuals were asked to submit CENOMAR(as addtl.documents) My sister is also single & was asked for the same.

Sana Pachochay,,kung 6 months, by June-Aug pa kami,, may CIIP ba d2 sa Dubai? balak kc namin, depending sa validity ng visa, mauuna muna kaming mag asawa sa Canada. Kahit may kamag anak dun iba pa rin. Once settled na sa work at may lilipatan nang bahay,then uuwi kami sa PInas to get the kids.

Sa case namin kuntento ako sa service nila within a week(including weekends) Nov.26 kami nagpa medical at by Dec.4 sumulat na ang RMO sakin for medical furtherance. At the time of our medical sinabihan na ako ng panel physician na everything is normal maliban sa nakitang scar sa lungs ko.

Hi itguy29, For ADVO, normally it takes maximum 6 mos from AOR-CIO before MR, BUT it may take longer or shorter time than that. I believe that is case to case basis. In my experience, my application turned to In Process same when they requested for medical. Just keep your self busy,,Trust Him,,

D2 kami ng asawa ko sa Dubai, but we did our medical sa Al Zahra Pvt Hospital sa Sharjah. Yung 2 kids naming sa St. Lukes Ermita. Sana dumating na din yung sa inyo. D2 ka rin ba sa Dubai?

Hi Pachochay, From my experience naman po namin, nakatanggap kami nang acknowledgment from CIC mentioning Application #, UCI #, & confirming the receipt of our processing fees etc. Pero since na acknowledge po na sa ADVO na transfer ung application nyo, maybe there's nothing to worry about. Ours...

Right of permanent residence fee is earlier called landing fee, so these two terms are the same. This can be paid along with your processing fees for PR application to Nova Scotia. But can be paid at later part when the local visa office requested for it.

Hi just want to share an update from my ECAS, now, medical results has been received. I had my medical on November 2013 & undergone medical furtherance(sputum culture).Finally cleared & medical was accepted. Thanks God. :) ;)

Hi Eingel, You are also kabayan right? Have u landed Canada already or still here in Middle east? We had the same MR date with Niqnok, but I undergone medical furtherance. My sputum result is negative & cleared last week. Thanks for the info,, God bless

I received mine, Nov'13, that was almost 6mos from CIO-AOR. I think getting the MR request from ADVO takes 3-7 mos but, that is case to case basis.

ADVO has requested the same to PHOEM(kabayan), check with her or go back to page 198 of this forum, this may enlighten you.
