Translated Police Certificate would be mandatory. I suggest you try a case specific enquiry and upload all documents as soon as possible. Bank statements should take 15 mins if you walkin to your bank.

BLS would be your best bet. I got mine in 2 weeks.

Technically, if you are eligible for both CEC and FSW , and if you don't have the required funds for FSW, you'd be invited under CEC. That said, you would'nt get an option to choose from one of the two and apply.
