My friends please give me your opinion ...

Police Certificate - I submitted just the original , I didn't put one translated to English ( Should I do Case Specific Enquiry ? - How is the option... )

Personal History - I didn't put one information about a program of English that I did... ( Should I do Case Specific Enquiry ? - How is the option... )

Bank status - I am currently living in Canada and I applied under CEC - ( Should I provide a letter of 6 months ? )

Do you think guys that is better do a Case Specific Enquiry and try to correct these mistakes... ?

Or My application will be refused right away ... and I will have to apply again .. ? Because I already paid 1.040 and passed in the medical exams...

What your suggestion guys ... ?

When did you apply? what does your ECAS and MyCIC say?

My advice:
Q1 - you have to submit the translated version of the police certificate as long as it is not in English.
Q2 - It depends - does the time you spent on this program represent a time gap in your personal history? or for example you were working while doing it so no time gap in your activities. Did you include this in your EE profile of which you have gained any point for or you have reported any certificate for it? if the answer is no to all, then I would just ignore this. and remember, if this was a distance study for a foreign degree, be careful to explain this, otherwise CIC will go under the impression that you were physically in this foreign country.
Q3 - have you included funds in your EE profile or have you answered 0? if you have included specific funds in your EE (the question about how much fund are you bringing to Canada?) - then you have to have the letter from bank.

Get all the documents ready and submit the CSE so it might help reach the VS before they decide on cancelling your application.

How long will take to get the bank letter? if just few days, I would suggest wait and submit all the documents sorted out by different item and submit it under one CSE. Make sure you upload the original police certificate again along with the certified translation.

Translated Police Certificate would be mandatory. I suggest you try a case specific enquiry and upload all documents as soon as possible.
Bank statements should take 15 mins if you walkin to your bank.
