After your second medical anyone knows how long will it take time for the second medical my timeline is on the side.

I think it will be fine as long as you can satisfy the immigration officer that once your wife receives the visa you will move back for e.g. if you have property in Canada or a Business. I believe you do not have to notify LVO.
