As long as you have enabled international transactions via netbanking or personally called bank to get it enabled and if you have sufficient balance , your transaction will go through. I am not sure if its card specific may be they do it random...

number is 022 61607475.. I am giving this in public as it will help all who have paid by hdfc cc. Note the call was to verify if the transaction was legitimate not to confirm if trx should go through. may be they do this for certain types of cards(mine is platinum) .

we see a trend that applications received on same date are first given UCI numbers and then processed as per UCI numbers. dimtry(one of the admin ) took pains to search in 2013 thread and found that UCI number have co-relation with the order in which applications are processed. Lets collect...

if you see spreadsheet, we are trying to collect the UCI numbers, as per 2013 spreadsheet data we see there is trend that applications are charge in the order of UCI numbers. so if we have Uci number of applicants who are already charge we will get some idea how much time will it take to charge...
