Yes definetly u can apply .. Make sure ur job profile matches with NOC code..and ur employment and settlement plan is aligned with NOC job description.. Also make sure ur reference letter highlights ur skills or role which is aligned with NOc code..coz reference is required at CIC stage

You also need to send copies of CIC forms to NSNP.. Once u get nomination then send NSNP form copies..original CIC forms , supporting documents and origininal nomination letter. Hope that helps
