He can surely use both cc as well as dd provided each mode covers the full payment amount per applicant. But if 2 CCs are acceptable that is what I am not sure of .

Just to clarify , you are referring to two modes of payment here ie. CC & DD. But the person in question wants to know if he can use 2 CC to pay for himself and spouse with two separate cards. I searched on cic guidelines but don't see if two CC are acceptable.

This is very tricky question and unfortunately CIC has not guideline about it. However you can pay partly by credit card and part by DD. I am not sure if they accept two payment forms but they have specified only 1 payment form per principle applicant so its an hint its not acceptable.

Nobody is absolutely sure if you will be within cap. however you should always be positive about things and should expedite to get your documents and forms in place and submit the application asap. wish you all the best.

I was 90% sure that forms won't change, because they said in the newsletter that they will give ministerial instructions on 26th april. The instructions did not have anything about changes in rules or point criteria. Still I held till 1st may to be safe.

don't loose hopes, just try to file asap. You never know you would be 1000th applicant. No matter if you are 1st applicant or 1000th you will get PR. so don't loose hopes.
