    NO. He cannot because your not a member of family class catagory. When he applied for his PR, there is form which he filled out with the name of his family member. He can only sponsor those people!

    Only thin which i can tell u is..ur application is fine..itz just a slow or very buzy officer...but we he/she starts processing..it gets done in a month! as you could see from our timelines...after my file started processing..from start to end..1 month ...my wife got pp back with visa

    Only advise would be to start collecting as much evidence/proof as possible for example: skype/facebook & call logs Visit you spouse atleast once every 6 to 8 months or soo... These thing helps a lot...

    Unfortunately marrying a cousin is seen as a major red flag...this is only due to the fact that in the past there has been cases where ppl married cousins just for immigration purposes.....so a interview makes sense now..but genuine cases will definately pass thru :) so dnt worry

    Ordered GCMS notes? whats the code of your VO? Starts with AG****? Mine and a lot of another member's application file sat on VO's desks for final review..for 14 months almost.....once they start process though..took 1.5 months...to get the VISA with passport in hand :)
