PPR (Passport Request) is given by CIC, if your application for Permanent Residence is approved. You need to apply first cic will review your application if you pass all the hurdles in btw you will get PPR.

How can be your CRS score is 432 when you have closed workpermit ?? dint you get 600 points for LMIA ?

So many people found changes in their ECAS, but this is the only case so far having "Null". Would like to confirm with the people whose ecas status was in process before... Krishna19 and Britanno-Columbien... Your's ecas was updated to Inprocess earlier, can you see what your ecas shows !!
