what i did was, i have a frnd in the same uni i got accepted so i asked him and he arranged a duplicate copies of my acceptance latter avaiable with him through the addmission office and then he fast mailed me the duplicate one and then i attached the same with the visa application. but i read...

its a masters of engineering course . . . ielts or certificate of english proficiency is required , that might be certificate that shows your language of instruction was english . . . nevertheless ielts is a hidden requirement for CHC. and as it is MEng it requires BE (Bachelor of engineering)

well my acceptance letter clearly mentions proposed research topics :) . . . btw I would also be required to go through course work as required and same is also the case with any research based MS. . . :) also i have a renouned prof as my supervisor . . . and he also offers RA-ship . :) anyways...

well yes in general its true. . . stronger the bank statment stronger the chances of getting visa . . . but its not always true . . . ppl having 50000 CAD in their bank got refused and ppl with 10000 CAD got their visa.
