Oh ya. Huge difference for me. My current job is the only position i work as a cook. Last a few jobs i worked are not cook position and also several different countries. So yes, i dnt need to get those past reference letters.

I got it last Sat and some cooks got the week before. I have a valid work permit issued under positive lmo. So I got 600 points from there. If you dont have lmia or lmo, i am not sure about your draw soon.

I just checked my upload page. It does not ask for employment records anymore!! Check yours now. It changed to employment records to employment record cook(cus I got invited under cook position) YAY!!!!!

Do I REALLY SERIOUSLY provide all employment records past 10 years? OR Do I need to prepare the one I collect points for? I got frustrated on this :(

I called CIC this morning and asked them about LMIA section. The lady who picked up the phone said LMIA and LMO are the same thing. Just using different name. Therefore you can put your LMO numbers and date on the EE profile.

EE is apparently different than others. As soon as they submit all doc requested , they get AOR. One guy posted on this forum that he got AOR within 24hrs, if he tells truth.
