They don't approve PPRs currently. They could check your documents, even may do a decision, but they will not give you PPR. they focus on applicants for CEC streem. We should wait. And I believe that we will not see PPRs in our profiles until Canada opens borders. Believe me, I want to be wrong!!!

You should choose YES and type any sutable office. Yo ucould chose in your country. At least I did so. Then, when you will be asked to explain what you want - you should mention, that you actually don't know current office but you whant to know for further communication.
