Yes i know this. And i have visited session last year. So I just waiting for open window to send EOI (without French language requirements). So I am waiting Vietnam sessions to be able send my EOI :)

Hope all we be fine for you! :) But your case is a little bit different. Your wife's IELTS was expired AFTER AOR. In my case, IELTS was expired AFTER EOI and BEFORE ITA... I believe it was the reason why officer asked me to retake exams. So for now waiting for new window to sent my EOI again...

Unfortunately nope. First thing what i did i asked them directly with same argument you told. And they said you must retake exam :(

It's not a secret :) My NOC is 2172 and EOI 73. As i know the NOC is Good, but EOI mark could be better :)

Hello. You just need to create new one. Once your profile became ineligible you could create new one from scratch. Just input all your IELTS exams, work experience, education etc...
