i am even scared to ask where u might be located coz this is eerily coincidental! ;D HAHAHAHAHA i wanted to post exactly the same thing but the rains have disrupted the internet connections!! :)) So I woke up to a fine (read rather cloudy) saturday morning to receive the passport with the visa...

BA has some nice deals going right now for the month of may.... 700 something for a 1 way..... although depends on from where in india.... u guys might wanna chk it out too...

I guess, but i was kinda hoping or assuming it would be here by the end of this week!!

Thanks Kaycee1, it does look that way, they seem to be processing applications in roughly the same time frame... Hope everyone waiting gets to hear some good news soon enough :)

Hi could u please say which part of India u are in (if u dont mind that is) so i get an idea of the time it takes for the post to deliver something around here....

Well it has always said "Application Received" from the time the file was transfered to ND... roughly it took a month for the PPR and a month for the status to change on Ecas...

Yes Ecas says decision made on 24.04. 2011 :)

I know.. ND doesnt want to make it too easy would they?? they make everyone wait ... anyway am still waiting!! @ waitforit, well when u get a file number u can chk ur indian address when u log in with ur file number. Until its allocated to u i guess u'll be able to see ur wife's canadian...

Def_col_male,... It says exactly the same thing... but i am assuming they will send it soon, i find it strange too if they just wanted to process it within one day, then y couldnt it have been earlier!! lol... lets hope they just update this late and the ppt is on its way.. lemme know when u...

Mine does too!! i knew i should be observing the progress of ur application def_col_male!!! and mine says the exact same thing as his posted later on!! hope u can update it on the tracking list!! woohoo!! I guess ND did work hard b4 easter!! looks like they just took a pile of the applications...
