It is said that you should not complete this section unless later on they ask you. Did they ask you?

If you read the condition to apply for bridge open work permit, they say you need to "Have received confirmation from CIC that their permanent resident application is eligible under one of the four Economic Classes". So until you have the nomination letter, you cannot apply for bridge work permit.

Well if i understood correctly, file number means they just start looking at your file. That's why it takes long times.
