Not sure what does that mean at this stage. i have seen people usually get it after medicals done and close before getting RPRF or PPR. In my case I have got that before medical status got updated. Someone who got into this situation in the past can probably help explaining this.

I have the same situation. I did upfront on 10 Dec. Received MR on 24 Dec. I sent them an email with UMI attached and cover letter explaining the situation. Very next day they updated my ECAS(added a line). it shows --> 1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 15, 2014...

Thanks skill75. I did upfront medicals not to long ago. I am still requested to complete medicals. I emailed them receipts along with umi # today only. My ecas is not yet updated. It just shows "we received your application on 15th may. "
