TBH i haven't much knowledge you know i'm also suffering from same problems i think it is better to consult with an agent instead of wasting time but yes you can check out threads over here if you get something because it takes lot of time to get reply from experts over here..

yes i think you need to apply from home country and also you have to show strong SOP.. another thing you will need to show is, ties with home country..

ok then what is the exact meaning of 2nd reason in simple words i mean what your agent said about it.. my profile is weak i have done 12th in 2015 with arts and after i have 2 year gap and in 2018 i completed one year ITI diploma in Carpenter trade however i went for general arts and science...

But what you did for the 2nd reason? have you made any changes in SOP or you included any other documents and i'm not applying anymore i'll change everything as i consulted with many consultants they all said me to change everything no one has suggested me to reapply..

sorry to say but how could apply again because you haven't improved language ability yet as VO mentioned especially in refusal.. i think you should have improved it before reapplying..
