When did you submit your passport to Abu Dhabi VFS? Will keep you posted on any developments.

I submitted on the 7th and only reached the embassy on the 10th. Apart from the usual 15-30 days comment VFS said it could take over a month as well so they have no idea about the latest developments of our passports since they being processed at the embassy.

VFS agent said the typical timeline is 15-30 days but can go over 30 days as well! Reached embassy on 10th.

Abu Dhabi VFS, when I called them they informed me that only on the 10th did the embassy receive it.

Yes 10th is when my passport reached the embassy due to VFS not sending prior to weekend.

Wierd since I submitted on the 7th and it is showing in progress till now.

None! VFS only sent our passports from the 7th to the embassy on the 10th! Hopefully we see CIC updates later today and passports back by Thursday

There is a delay from the embassy is what VFS is trying to say.

Nope 7th is not yet cleared, I have not received a CIC or VFS update yet!
