Actually i am talking about the date of third line updation "Medical results have been received" . As far as i remember Delhi2173 is getting married and might have informed VO about that and VO will ask for the medical of his wife..... May delay his case little bit.....

I observed few recent cases of FSW2013 they got their PPR almost after 2 month and one week. Earliest Medical received date from NDVO for FSW2014 is 12th September so i think we must see some PPR's near 15th November.....

Dear, If he is from Visa exempted country then he won't receive any PPR request, will receive only COPR.

How do you know that he is from NDVO?

If i am not wrong driving license from home country works for only 60 days and international driving license works for 1 year. If we have one year experience of driving from home country, we can directly get G license....

What is your Visa Office? R U from Visa Exempted country??
