They charge for all members 550 for adults and 150 for kids. It seems thet charged you 1400 cad. However they can charge what you filled in youf payment form.

Once you got yourself registered they will inform you the dates and locations near to you and you may choose from them. You are not the only one who did that......lol..... as i also got the invitation today again and thought that now it might be because i am near to PPR......hahahah......

There is not point for worry, however i differ you on that second line is added after background check. Second line is the indication that your file is being processed and assigned to a VO for further processing. Don't worry you will get your MR soon.

There is no difference that you are going for the first time or second time. Luggage & baggage policy of Airline will remain same. Airline cannot ask you that r u going for the first time or second time. Normally it is 23 Kg X 2 as checked in baggage 10 Kg carry on baggage and 10 kg laptop bag...

PPR1 is asking photocopies of bio pages which NDVO ask with MR/PCC PPR2 is asking to submit the original passport. I hope this helps.....
