It is the step prior to requesting your passport. Once they are done with your background check they will send you and email regarding passport request and after a few days of a week they will send it back to you with your visa.

I think po pwde kayo magsend ng email sa CEM to inform them na expire na medical nyo.

upon reading your post medyo nakakastress nga kasi kami nga na ngayon pa lang na taon nagapply hindi na mapakale. Anyway, kapit lang. Malapit na yan.

I think not in the case of other march and april applicants because there are some who got their PPRs but the expiration of their medical will be next year.

just include everything you got there to prove that your relationship is genuine and just send a copy not the original so that in case you will be asked for an interview - which rarely happens - you have proofs on hand. you just have to organize it in a proper way so they will not be confuse...

Ours was April 20 too. MVO sent our aor2 last June 22 which is very much close to yours but there were no recent changes in my "mycic" account. When did you notice the change of In Progress in your background check?

I know people who applied for TRV with the same situation as your wife and none of them got their visa. But you can try your luck if you are both really eager to have it. Good luck :)
