they have just replied to my complaint concerning the delay!, and they apologized due to high volume, and that they flagged my request as a priority..let us see

I've ordered them through the official site of CIC ..ATIP.. Um outlander ,but I filled a consent form for a friend there in Canada.. thanks...& yes, may be there would be a miracle!
