and what about Montreal... the delay seems generalized rather than with a specific visa office, unless, immitracker and people on forums don't happen to be representative of the whole pool we are in.. whether we know the reason or we don't, that doesn't change the mere fact of us still...

Hi...I would like to ask U about that question..because there r two questions in two different sections, one which asks "have u applied before to IRCC" and the second one in another section was "have U ever been denied a visa to Canada" ? so what was ur answer to both questions

Yes I read about that I guess,& I got the impression then that PR applications (via express entry) are not included... But, when I clicked yesterday on (processing times) the clickable one in the email..and when directed to the CIC page clicked onto "why we are changing processing times".. they...

I don't think that this is the cause of yhe delay.. also "under review" is not an indicative term..I surely get ur frustration ,may our wait end sometime soon
