You will still need the most recent Option C printout from CRA, even if you had no income in Canada. I live in Jamaica with my spouse and applied outland from here for him and had to submit option C. Easy to get as you just go to your CRA account and print it out.

I believe it would not let you upload the Schedule A and it would have said OVERDUE. As long as you did not see that and you got to upload it I think you are safe!

Marriages performed in another country as long as legally recognized by that country are valid in Canada and you do not have to register it in Canada or Ontario. If marriage certificate is in a different language you will have to get it translated .

Even though you were separated you were still married. Put down the date the divorce was approved.
