The week is not over yet ;D

Well, since September 3, 2014, I've waited 5 months for my LMIA+WP and almost 6 months for my PR (and as you know the wait is not over). That's 11 months of waiting in 2 years and it's more than enough :P I'm not saying that waiting isn't normal, I just don't like it ;D

I personnally didn't lose anything. I'm just fed up with waiting. ;D

I don't think so, plus remember that if you carry more than 10 000 CAD (or equivalent in foreign currency, in cash, bonds, stock or whatever form) you have to declare it and fill in special forms for the officers to check that it is not illegal money financing illegal activities... I wouldn't...

5,5 months since AOR today... Hopefully tomorrow will bring tons of PPRs ;D

There had been a March 7 a few days ago but I think it was an exception. Someone reported an inland (not sure it's CEC though) this morning with AOR March 9. Otherwise the main stream stopped at Feb 24 for CEC inland and FEB 29 for FSW inland.

And next Monday is a holiday here in Canada (Labour day). One less day for CIC staff to work on the cases...

I doubt you can find free French lessons in Calgary... French is not exactly a priority for the province... Your best shot is the Alliance Française but it is not free. If you find something, please share. I'm interested in knowing if there are free courses. Good luck!

No PPRs today I guess... :( It is a very strange feeling: the closer I get to the 6-month processing mark and the further my PPR seems to be... It's as if time was getting longer and longer... Hopefully this will be over in 3 weeks :D
