Congrats ! My employer told me that my collegue's case has been approved today. Our cases were filed together so I guess I should here from SC very soon ! I'm confident right now :-)

Yeah i'm in my 16th week since application in AB too. Eight weeks may be... If the guys from SC don't mess with your file which appears to be frequent. They did with mine obviously. And my employer uses a lawyer AND a consultant and it looks like it made no difference either...

I think someone mentioned their employer who applied for 30 driver LMIAs and got 5 approved eventually...

Thanks Canadaf0r3v3r ! My application was filed around Sept 10th too and I am still waiting. SC asked for further information in early November though and it appears they lost the information my employer sent right away. :-( You're right guys this wait is brutal! Rhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
