forgot to ask about something , in another thread i asked if i can go back to egypt to spend some time with my husband someone replied me saying that i can't do so except for short vacations ( 2 weeks ) i can't stay a long period & that if the immigration in canada knew that im not in canada...

my husband received a letter from Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa office (“CPP-O”) stating that his PR application is in process , but i don't know what is the CPP-O

Note: Permanent residents residing abroad may not sponsor from outside of Canada. Canadian citizens travelling as tourists are not considered to be residing abroad. in this statement they are speaking about the whole process but if i got approved as a sponsor & i am just waiting for visa...

i applied to sponsor my husband in march & i received the CSQ in june , as i know that we should wait until the visa office call him to get the visa which didn't happen yet , so 1- should he apply for a visa & send the application to the visa office ( egypt ) or just wait for them to call him ...
