Not officially by e-mail or letter yet BUT I've been informed by agents over the phone that I was approved. Also, on ECAS it says decision made on the sponsor side and the started processing date on the principal applicant side. As well, MyCIC shows that the review of eligibility is in progress.

That happened to me as well. As soon as I received my AOR1 email, my CIC account was also unavailable. It stayed like that for 3-4 weeks. But it's back up again. I reported technical issues and called but it honestly did nothing for me. I just left it and eventually it came back up.

I have that on myCIC as well and also haven't received my formal SA letter/email. But I'm not sure when it changed to "review in progress" because my account was unavailable for almost 3 weeks. Hopefully we get it soon!
