I am considering to apply OUTLAND PR application while IN Canada. My question is which visa office should i send all the documents to? I am from Singapore.

Anyone apply OUTLAND PR application while IN Canada? Where do you send all your immigration documents? Do we have to courier back to our home country Canada High Commission? Please advice

Question here, do you request for Certificate of Clearance from your home country first thn apply for spousal PR or do you apply PR first and wait for CIC to reply you?

I met with my lawyer and was advised to apply under INLAND as there is a clause that state sponsor spouse do not require to have a status while applying for PR etc. I am still preparing for my PR application. All the best.

When did u applied OUTLAND application and have you got any reply back from CIC?

Can I applied for OUTLAND application while I am sorting through my out of status matter? If worst scenario I was ask to leave, OUTLAND app will not affect even if I leave Canada thn come back right?

Well, I do not want to cry over spill milk. Right now, my friend is helping me to contact an immigration lawyer hopefully he will take up my case and move forward.
