I would like some advice, is it true that if I apply OUTLAND app while I am IN Canada and leave Canada for awhile during this process. My OUTLAND app will be revoke?

No, it's Inland application that has the risk of being revoked.

Can I applied for OUTLAND application while I am sorting through my out of status matter? If worst scenario I was ask to leave, OUTLAND app will not affect even if I leave Canada thn come back right?

I met with my lawyer and was advised to apply under INLAND as there is a clause that state sponsor spouse do not require to have a status while applying for PR etc. I am still preparing for my PR application. All the best.

You don't require status to apply outland either. It is the far better choice.
