For an update, it's a real need of CC charging and PER issuing... or in the last week, CIC's activity doesn't sustain an update for today.

CIC is already in a huge delay... with all the 24 NOCs, average time of processing was 60-70-maximum 80 days... Now, with 22 NOCs, people with 85-90 days are still waiting being charged...

Unfortunatelly, NOC 2121 is out of list this 2013 FSW round... Biologists must wait at least 'till next year...

Of course, I'll let u know right up! Keep in touch and 'till then, we must keep our faith!
