Well, since it's not mentioned in the letter, I would act on it more quickly since time is essence and time is money. I would not waste any more time on this.

YOu can get your medicals/re-medicals with any doctor in any part of the world as long as they are CIC panel doctors. As for getting re-medicals done or not, a number of members have posted their experiences/suggestions etc., based on which you take your decision. Asking us may not help as...

I believe it's mentioned in the letter that they would have sent you (when they requested for medicals of your new born baby). In case if it's not then my guess is you have 30 days to comply. Don't delay it, the earlier the better. Good luck!

FYI Fiza: It seems it's 13 months from the day the file arrives in Delhi and not from the day you filed. That's what I have been told and is what is mentioned on CIC's site.
