There is a driver abstract (driving record) and a criminal record, these are two different things. As long as your driving incidents are not so severe that they are criminal in nature and has caused you some jail time, fines or community service which leads to a criminally chargeable offence -...

The point is if their is no note on the file if they have received the meds or not, how will you ever know? :)

Why don't you do GCMS and find out in notes what was the last thing that was done on the file and at which step you are exactly?

I remember there was a guy called Reeyan from Nepal and he was undergoing a wait period even after DM, I am not sure what happened. Sorry buddy I can't provide much help.

My wife has finally got the chest x-ray request/med report after 13 business days in her e-mail yesterday as compared to some lucky members here who got it within 2 days... She is going to get it done on Monday May 26 and hopefully NDVO doesn't screw me around again and delay me as I think now...

No my wife did not get an email for re-medical yet. It's showing as 'In Process' however, and it is showing that medical results have been received. So I am not even sure if we are supposed to do re-medical or not, officer said we would have to.... Waiting game....NDVO sucks....
