Hey man, I have quite a feeling the correspondence was marked as 'SPAM' by your email. I have noticed gmail and hotmail are the best, they do not block CIC or NDVO emails. I am no expert on this matter, but this is my personal opinion. My wife uses gmail and I use hotmail, so far no problems.

Yes, genuine cases get screwed over and long waiting times because of these asswipes who think Canada is another country that they can screw over for their gains.

I think standard time according to spreadsheet is now averaging 120 days since PPR request and applicants still haven't received their visa, stay strong. You are going to be fine... It's also mentioned earlier by someone (pardon me I don't know who) that 3-4 months is standard time nowadays...
