I don't think anyone can do much other than wait for their response. You can try sending a WebForm again after some time. Have faith and all the best.

I'd suggest you redact all personally identifiable information as this is a public forum.

General or non-SDS is quite slow when compared to SDS. The average processing time for non-SDS applications is 4 week as of now. 4 weeks doesn't include the time it takes to complete biometrics formality. Since you submitted biometrics on 19th June, you should wait patiently till 19th July.

Hey, How did you come to the conclusion that general processing can take up to sixty working days? Has CIC mentioned it anywhere or is it based upon anecdotal evidence? I see 4 weeks when checking the processing time for study permit applications from India. Not sure, if that is for SDS only.

Thank you. It’s a little strange that I didn’t get an acknowledgement letter after two weeks. I applied on 8th June and submitted biometrics on 13th June.

I don’t think so this is the case. They might, at worst, send us a request for Medical. If that does happen, we can explain via the web form. I am just speculating. Don't take my word for it.
