I remember you called CIC last week and agent told you security had not started? how come they suddenly finalized your file? I just suspect the call center agent does not have the most updated status.

CRA score will reach the lowest point at the end of every year, you better to improve your language marks before then

I have the same status, though can’t tell which stage it is. Not sure it is IP2 You have to call CIC to know if your eligibility criminality and security have passed.

BTW during my call yesterday, the CIC agent specified that Winnipeg office is a primary office, not a secondary... not sure what that means
