How do you get a date from them. I asked them for a expected time range twice. They are not providing me a timeline. not even saying before August or after. .. .

my fd in feb 2012 batch has not received her PPR on the other hand another friend submit to CPP last OCt/Nov has received PPR mid june i dont get how does that work ....

yes i thought of that. but problem that occur to me is . 1st. you need all the document from the Province. That will be another few months. Then I am not sure will my previous record of PNP application will affect the provincial approval on another nomination. Also need to go thru another...

tbh i dont think they are 'dumb'. i have this speculation that CIC will process newer applications first, to improve the ultimate process time. As for us, even they process our applications now , our applications still consider 'blacklog' and we won't be 'satisfied' with the timeline anyway. so...

can you tell us more. Does the personal issue affect ur application. or general March/April applicants won't get finalization before August. ?

I don't have an accurate answer. But I update my personal history since April 1st. My application is still pending for final review. As for after the PPR , I think estimated time (heard from other fellows with PPR) is around 1-3 months.

Hey Ram, Just wonder are you holding passport from visa-exampted countries. Because if you are, CIC only requires the copy of ur passport to issues the landing paper.

I think I did. The waiting process is just so frustrating here.. my friends who applied Nov and Dec have "decision made' and have sent out their passport for a month already as we speak . :( but i guess i will stop sending them emails. LOL

Guys, I have just done the interview also asked about the backlog problem. And Kenney didnt answer directly (as expected). he only said this problem exists because applicants are submitting their application in different visa office, therefore, they will soon launched out a global application...
